The Fairest One of All
The soaring temperatures and humidity make me feel I would much rather be here. I had previously shared a vertical orientation of this fairest of them all waterfalls. Fairy Falls on the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge lives up to its name and despite its popularity is fairly unspoiled.
I hope to feel the cool mist fanned by the ferns in my face once again sometime. The very thought of that is refreshing enough to make the upcoming 100 degree days tolerable.
